Private and Partner Lessons last 50 minutes. Each Group Class includes 100 minutes of teaching plus a 10-minute break. The group rate from US$25.90 equals US$12.95 per 50 minutes. Flex & Connect comparison rates average all teaching time in the package: US$15.27 per 50 minutes with 5+5, or US$13.97 with 10+10. Values are rounded to the nearest cent.

Group Classes take place in El Zonte. The private portion may be taken in El Zonte or online, subject to teacher availability.
How booking works

2 · Plan your dates
Book Private, Partner, Group and Free Trial Lessons at least 24 hours ahead. Packages are valid for 3 months from the booking date.
3 · Pay and manage
Pay in full to confirm your booking. Manage remaining dates through your Customer Panel.
You can reschedule or cancel an individual lesson or class free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later changes and no-shows are charged in full or count as used. No refunds are available once your course has started.

Questions about prices and booking
Are prices per person?
Private Lesson, Group Class and Flex & Connect prices apply to one participant. Partner Lesson prices include both participants. The per-person Partner Lesson price is shown only to make comparison easier.
Are learning materials included?
Learning materials are included with our current Private, Partner, Group Class and Flex & Connect package bookings. A complete learning manual is not necessarily included with a single Private or Partner Lesson.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards. Full payment is required during online booking to confirm your lesson or package. All prices and payments are shown in U.S. dollars.
Payments made through the SAY ZONTE! website are processed by Grupo HC DMC LLC in the United States.
How far in advance should I book?
Book Private, Partner, Group and Free Trial Lessons at least 24 hours in advance. For shorter-notice availability, please contact our team directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule an individual lesson or class free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later changes and no-shows are charged in full or count as used.
Approved refunds for complete package cancellations before your course starts are subject to a 5% processing and administration fee. No refunds are available once your course has started.
Can I continue my lessons online?
Private and Partner Lessons may be taken in El Zonte or online, subject to teacher availability.
Group Classes take place in person at our Spanish school in El Zonte. With Flex & Connect, only the Private Lesson portion may be completed online.
