We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services.

• Account and lesson information: account access details, lesson schedules, course level, package bookings and information you provide in the student or teacher portal.

• Marketing preferences: newsletter subscription details, consent choices and, where the relevant tools are used, website interactions and advertising identifiers.

We use personal data for the following purposes:

Payments made through our website are processed by Grupo HC DMC LLC (USA) via secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

We do not store sensitive payment details such as full credit card numbers.

Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its own Privacy Policy. We receive information needed to record and manage your payment, such as its amount, status and transaction reference.

You may also object to direct marketing and, where applicable, complain to the competent data-protection authority. To stop newsletters, use the unsubscribe option in the message or email info@sayzonte.com. Booking confirmations and essential service messages are separate from marketing.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Cookies and similar technologies support website functions, booking sessions, security, analytics and advertising. Some technologies are necessary to provide a feature you request; analytics and advertising serve separate purposes.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, including visited pages, interactions, device and browser information. Depending on the configuration and your choices, Google may receive technical information and identifiers from your browser. Meta / Facebook / Instagram advertising

We use Meta advertising tools to measure campaign results and reach people interested in our services. Depending on the tools and settings used, Meta may receive page visits, actions on the website, device information and advertising or cookie identifiers, and may associate these with a Meta account. Your choices

Where consent is legally required, optional analytics and advertising processing requires that consent. Use any cookie-choice controls presented on the website to manage your selection. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser and adjust settings with the relevant provider. Blocking cookies may affect booking, login or other features.

The following services support specific features of our website. The data involved depends on the feature you use; embedded services may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page requested.

• Amelia: lesson bookings and student/teacher account functions. Booking records are stored in our WordPress website database and used to manage lessons and access. Enabled payment or communication integrations may process information needed for those functions.
• Bókun: tour and transfer booking widgets and related reservation details. See Bókun’s Privacy Policy.
• Stripe: secure payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Website and Tally forms: information you enter into enquiry, feedback or other forms, where offered. See Tally’s Privacy Policy for forms provided by Tally.
• WhatsApp: messages and contact information when you choose to contact us using WhatsApp. See WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. You may contact us by email instead.
• Trustindex: review badges and review displays. See Trustindex’s Privacy Policy.
• Google and YouTube: analytics and, on relevant pages, embedded video or map content. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

• Hosting and website support: technical operation, security, storage and maintenance of the website.

Newsletters

If you subscribe to a SAY ZONTE! newsletter, we use your email address, any optional name you provide and subscription information to send the updates you requested and manage your preferences. You can unsubscribe using the option in a newsletter or by emailing us. Newsletter subscription is separate from booking a course or contacting the school.

Where a newsletter provider is used, provider-specific information will be given with the subscription information and reflected in this policy.

Links to external platforms

If you follow a social-media link or leave a review on Google or TripAdvisor, you use that external platform under its own terms and privacy notice. Public reviews may display your profile name and the information you choose to publish.

Our services are not specifically directed at children under 18 without parental involvement.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
