Book at least 1 appointment with the 5-lesson package, or 2 with the 10-lesson package.

Full online payment confirms your lesson or package.
4 · Manage your lessons
Schedule remaining lessons through your Customer Panel.

- Packages are valid for 3 months from the booking date.
- Cancel or reschedule an individual lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later changes and no-shows count as used or are charged in full.
- No refunds are available once your course has started.

Are Private Lessons suitable for all Spanish levels?
Yes. Private Lessons are available for complete beginners, intermediate students, and advanced learners. Your teacher adapts the lesson content and pace to your current level.

How long is one Private Spanish Lesson?
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes.
Can I take lessons in El Zonte and online?
Yes. Private Lessons can be taken in El Zonte or online, depending on teacher availability. If you leave El Zonte before completing your package, you can schedule the remaining lessons online.
Can another person join my Private Lesson?
Private lessons are designed for one participant at a time. You may divide a package between two people, but each lesson remains a 1-on-1 lesson. If you would like to learn with a partner, friend, or family member, please choose our Partner Spanish Lessons.
How can I schedule the remaining package lessons?
You can book and manage your remaining lessons through your Customer Panel. Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full or counted as used.
What if I cannot finish my lessons during my stay in El Zonte?
If you cannot finish your package during your stay in El Zonte, you can complete your remaining lessons online, subject to teacher availability and your package validity.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For short-notice availability, please contact us directly.
Cancellations
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Rescheduling or cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full or counted as used.
Can I cancel an entire package?
Approved refunds for complete package cancellations before your course starts are subject to a 5% cancellation and administration fee.
No refunds are available once your course has started. Individual lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start.

What is included in the price?
The price includes private Spanish instruction, personalized lesson preparation, flexible scheduling, and access to your Customer Panel. Learning materials are included with package bookings.
How can I pay?
Full payment is required during the online booking process to confirm your Private Lessons.
Location & logistics
Do you also offer accommodation?
We do not arrange accommodation directly. However, our school is centrally located in El Zonte and surrounded by a variety of hotels, guesthouses, and other accommodation options within walking distance.
Do you offer airport transfer?
Yes, we can arrange that for you. Please have a look here:
I am staying in El Tunco. How can I get to your school?
El Tunco is a short drive from El Zonte. You can travel by car, arrange a transfer or take a public bus along the coastal road.
Our school at Esencia Nativa is a short walk from the main road, near the beach. Ask our team for current transport options, fares and directions before travelling.
Are there any homestay programs?
No. At the moment, we do not offer a homestay program in El Zonte. However, there are several hotels and guesthouses within walking distance of our school.
