Enter the same email address you used when booking your lessons.

Use the sign-in option shown in the form. If you receive an access or password-reset email, check your inbox and spam folder.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?
Make sure you are using the email address from your booking. Follow the sign-in instructions in the form; if a password is required and you have forgotten it, use the “Reset Password” option. Check your spam or junk folder for access or password-reset emails. If you still cannot access your account, contact our team and include the name and email address on your booking.
How can I change or cancel a lesson?
Open your appointment in the student account to see the available options. You can reschedule or cancel an individual lesson or class free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later changes and no-shows are charged in full or count as used.

How long can I use my lesson package?
Lesson packages are valid for 3 months from the booking date. Use your student account to review your package and arrange remaining lessons within that period, subject to availability. Book new dates at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds are available once your course has started.

Visit our prices page to compare and book Private Lessons, Partner Lessons, Group Classes or Flex & Connect. Group Classes and Flex & Connect are available for A1, A2 and B1.
