  1. It is mandatory to register each class and event in our reservation system. All Spanish students must be registered with a phone number and email address for communication purposes. You have access to your scheduled appointments here: https://sayzonte.com/student/

2. In case of cancellation by the student with less than 12 hours’ notice, 100% of the class (or event) fee will be charged. Exceptions such as illness or other exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Classes cannot be rescheduled if the client arrives late without giving at least 12 hours’ notice. The duration of the class will be reduced according to the delay time. Clients have a 5-minute grace period for their appointment

4. Payment for classes (packages) must be made after the second class. Price for events will be charged at the time of booking.

5. If the client is not satisfied with our service, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
